Systems synthesizer.

Two practices, one operator. I design live visual systems for events that have to work in real time, and I design and build web platforms, design systems, and AI-assisted tools with the same operational discipline.

Through Dot Matrix LLC (est. 2019): Live production — visual systems on Disguise, Millumin, and Resolume for projection, LED walls, and show playback. Design and web — branding, packaging, UI/UX, full-stack applications, and AI-assisted creative tools in TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Design is the foundation of both practices — the systems I engineer support creative expression in evolving forms of new media.

Based in Washington, DC. My IATSE Local 22 work includes V1 calls, playback, and screen switching; video wall and projection builds; trade show, breakout, and general session production — primarily at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (through 2025) and Warner Theater (through 2024).
